We examine the exclusive $B_s \rar \gamma l^+ l^- $ decay in the family non-universal Z'model. Taking into account the additional heavy $Z'$ bosons with family non-universal couplings, we analyzed the forward-backward asymmetries, double-lepton polarization asymmetries and branching ratios of the lepton pairs. It has been show that the double-lepton polarization asymmetries $P_{LL}$, $P_{NN}$ and $P_{TT}$, forward-backward asymmetries $A_{FB}^{LL}$ are very sensitive to the existence of new physics effects in the family non-universal $Z'$ model. It is indicate that any experimental measurements on their comparison with theoretical results can give valuable information about the physics beyond the standard model at LHC-b.
