Focus Point Supersymmetry from the MSSM on D-branes    [PDF]

Van E. Mayes
It is shown that universal soft terms of the form m0 >> m_half and A0 = - m_half may be easily obtained in a realistic MSSM constructed from intersecting/magnetized D-branes in Type II string theory. Thus, superpartner spectra corresponding to the Focus Point (FP)/Hyperbolic Branch (HB) regions of the mSUGRA/CMSSM parameter space may be obtained naturally. In addition, it is shown that the well-known special dilaton and no-scale strict moduli forms of the soft terms may also be obtained.
