We consider a model of inflation with non-minimal coupling with two inflaton fields. It is noticed that a large class of inflaton potentials in product form as well as additively separable form can generate large non-Gaussianities especially when non-minimal coupling term is introduced. A potentially realistic hybrid inflationary model with a potential, $\mu^2 \phi^2 (1+\cos (\chi/\sigma))$, and a non-minimal coupling term, $\alpha \phi R$, is analyzed in detail. The model explicitly demonstrate the appearance of a large non-Gaussianity.
