Can FSI explain the observed $B(B_s\rightarrow
K^+K^-){>}B(B_s\rightarrow π^+K^-)$ anomaly?

A simple analysis based on the quark-diagram would suggest the branching ratio of $B_s\rightarrow \pi^+ K^-$ should be larger than that of $B_s\rightarrow K^+K^-$ which is Cabibbo-triple suppressed. However, the recent measurements present a reversed ratio as $\mathcal B(B_s\rightarrow K^+K^-)/\mathcal B(B_s\rightarrow \pi^+ K^-)\sim{33/4.9}$. In this work, we show that this superficial discrepancy can be naturally explained by considering the role of the final state interaction (FSI).
